If you think he could reject you because of scarred knees, then you probably shouldn't even be meeting him for real, because it sounds as if you believe he's incredibly shallow and only interested in you for your physical appearance.
You should wear long pants like blue jeans.
If he really likes you he isn't going to care if you have a scar on your knees. If it bothers you that much wear jeans or something that goes past your knees. You can't get rid of a scar so easily. To help fade a scar use coco butter lotion. But like I said, even doing this is going to take some time.
