Anyone have any advice for someone who's on her period and has a heavy flow?


Question:
My friend is 15 and she started her period yesterday...and this morning she went to go change her pad and she flowed A LOT!!!!

Answers:
brew some tea and drink it... that usually helps with me cold brew or hot...
she "flowed a lot"..?. Yeah okay sure. Tell your "friend" she should wear a pad and a tampon at the same time.
