Is your period meant to start 28 days from finishing your last one or 28 days from starting it?
Question:
Answers:
from when you started, not finished. But keep in mind 28 is the estimated amount of days..every woman gets it at a different time frame, around 21-30something days...mark it on a calender each time. Also your eating habits have a lot to do with it. I foound out if you pig out and exercise less, you'll get more cramps and a heavier period, much sooner..if you eat healthy and exercise you get less cramps,a standably period, and it arrives on time! :)
starting.
its supposed to be around 28 days. Not exactly
You should start 28 days after the first day of your last period. However everyone is different and some may start earlier or later and sometimes like me you get one every 40 days or so. The best thing for you wo do is just make a note of the day you start for the next few months and that will indicate to you when you are mst likley to Ovulate and haw long your cylcles are. Hope this helps
a 28 day cycle would be 28 days from day 1 of your period
You count from the first period. So its goes from day 1 then count about 28 days then your period should come.
day 1 of your cycle is always the day you start you period. SO there are 28 days in between of day 1, and the next start of your menses. I hope that makes sense.
start to start 28 days is the average of complete cycle some vary like 27 day cycle or 29 day cycle everyone is different but being regular at a certain length is normal +/- a couple of days from the average 28 day cycle depending on the individual!
from the first day of the last one
from start of ur period so they say but mine are 2 -5 months apart so its diff from each person
From the start of the last one. And 28 days is only an average - mine are every 21 days usually.
