just if you tok bc pills, othrwise no you can´t I think there are some teas you can take and maybe they could make you gte your period earlier but it is not sure anyway. If you do take bc pills, stop taking them the day you want your period to come, rest the 7 days, and then take them as used to take them that´s all.

ginger , Eat a lot of ginger for a few months and it might. I have used this with success when I had a vacation planned. It is not a guarantee but it is worth a try.
I would say the ginger or wild yam capsules.
They can be found to your nearest health food store
you can only get your period to come early other than that, you'll just have to pack tampons
