You need to immediately contact your physician. The product alli is new. In the meantime, use Depends pads to reduce the staining damage to your clothing.
Orlistat which is marketed as Alli and also known as Xenical (evidently) has information about side effects at the USDA CDER site...shown below in the last source listed. The other sources are related; however, they do not address the side effects...see an excerpt below:
What are some possible side effects of Xenical? (This is NOT a complete list of side effects reported with Xenical. Your health care provider can discuss with you a more complete list of side effects.)
Oily spotting
Gas with discharge
Urgent need to have a bowel movement
Oily or fatty stools
Oily discharge
Increased number of bowel movements
Inability to control bowel movements
Probably a good idea to stop taking it if it's making you leak. 5lbs isn't going to make a difference when you look at yourself. It's better to lose 15lbs if you want to see a difference, but do it the healthy way.
I'd starve myself before taking a diet pill.
if you're just trying to lose 5 lbs a diet pill doesn't seem worth it, just eat less calories it will come off fast
Try the ATKINS DIET! It don't leave stains!
Stop taking it and see a doctor
You need to stop eating larger amounts of fats than your body requires. It is quite normal for this to happen and the information leaflet does explain it all.
This stain is very difficult to remove from clothing also so I would suggest that you wear a sanitary towel to protect the your garments.
Good Luck with the weight loss!
P.S They are called 'xenical' in the UK!
Does it matter if it is "normal" or not? You are p*ssing yourself orange for god's sake ! Stop taking that stuff, it isn't worth it for some dubious amount of weight loss.
You should have read the literature that comes with it. "Greasy Anal Leakage" (ewwww) is one of the main side affects. So if you want it to stop you need to stop taking them, if not then you need to start wearing pads.
I've read that's a pretty common side effect. Alli stops the absorption of fat from your body so it's eliminated as is. Not so fun as you're finding out. If you want to keep taking this pill you should change your diet to a low fat one. Of course, if you only want to lose 5 pounds changing your diet may be all you need to do. Get better soon.

This seems similar to other products that act to prevent absorbtion of fat in the digestive system .
If you are taking more than the recommended dose you should cut back on it .
alli disables your intestines so that they can only digest about 75% of your fat intake, and that extra 25% that goes undigested has to come out somewhere. i would suggest just eating healthy and exercising, ditch the pill!
The box says it does that.
stop being lazy and taking those pills, do some exercise and eat healthier and it won't take long before you lose the weight.
this is not normal you must stop consuming ali
& consult a doc
