Have you actually been to the doctor for these pains? And was s/he a OB/Gyn specialist?
Do the pains tend to come at regular intervals, like every month or every two weeks? If there is a pattern (and sometimes even if there isn't), it might mean that your body is going through kind of a dress rehearsal for your monthly cycle, which will probably start fairly soon.
If you can take ibuprofen (Advil), that is about the best anti-cramp over-the-counter medicine... also, try Pepto Bismol (it comes in pills so you don't have to taste it!), just in case it might be gas or something based in your stomach... The Gas-X idea above is also good, even though you don't think it's gas. Sometimes gas pains can completely fool you into thinking they are something else.
If you drink alcohol at all, try not drinking for a few months. On a person your age, alcohol can be *extremely* irritating to the lining of the stomach and the intestines...
Hope you feel better,

You are pretty young but I have to ask are you sexually active in any way. Oral sex is sex also. Sexually transmitted disease can do it, Or you may need to drink more water even though your kidney's are in your back it could be your bladder hurting your pelvic area. I wish you luck!! Even if you don't think you need to see doctor just do it to make sure nothing else is wrong.
do you have nausea or a side ache? if you do if could be appendicitis
