100 sit ups seems like a lot to some people but it's not that bad. Do 20 sit-ups then walk around your home for a few minutes, or listen to one full song on a CD or radio. Then do 20 more. Repeat this until you get to 100 or until you simply can't do anymore.
Then after you're done with that. Lay flat on your back with you hands flat under your behind. Lift your feet off the ground six to ten inches keeping your legs straight, then alternating your legs, kick them as if you were swimming freestyle.
Do this as long as you can that they are effective and your feet don't touch the ground. Occasionally bring your feet together and lift them both high in the air till they are at a 90 degree angle from your body. Then bring them back down till they are 6 inches from the ground. You'll feel the burn, and it will get easier over time, but you'll see results fast.
