Is this my mucus plug?

I'm 39 weeks and 4 days (due Wednesday!!) and today when I went to the bathroom I had a (as gross as it sounds) snot looking wet spot in the underwear. It had a little color to it (kinda yellowish, slgihtly green) and like i said was snot like but not very thick and not very much, just a good size "puddle". I went about doing what I was doing and the next 2 times I went to the bathroom there was more there, just not very much. I was wondering if this was my mucus plug or just the increased discharge that comes along with being 9 months pregnant?

Could I bring back pregnant 2 days after taking the morning after pill?
