Hey hon=)
STOP DRINKING COLD DRINKS!!
More so if they're carbonated. They are BAD for the baby, even if it's water.
If you can't afford the doctor, try and ask your mom, a relative or a close friend who's experienced birth before.
Take care and good luck.

Do you have a history of asthma?? Seasonal allergies IE: hay fever? Any fever, chills or sweats?? Is your throat sore?? There could be a chance that you have a viral throat infection, which basically needs to run its' course. Why not call the Doc's office and speak with a Nurse just to be sure that it isn't something to worry about.
because your expanding uterus puts pressure on the diaphragm, it causes lung compression and shortness of breath.
-Sleep upright, allowing the weight of your uterus to fall away from your diaphragm..
-Use two or more pillows to sleep on at night to avoid the problems
-limit activities during the day to prevent exertional dyspnea
It is probably best to see your doctor or if your really worried now ring your hospital and speak to your midwives.
I remember when i was pregnant i use to drink 6lit per day of water.
Best to see or speak to your doctor.
There are state programs out there to help you get the healthcare that you need. There are also local clinics you can go to for little or no cost. The most important thing is the health and well-being of yourself and your child. It seems you have access to the internet, which is good. Use the google search engine to find clinics in your area. There is no reason why you should have to be pregnant and scared. I wish you a lot of luck, happiness, and good health.
