Why does my chest feel tight?
Question:
Answers:
If this pain is not cardiac in origin, it may be:
1. Costochondritis. Inflammation of the cartilage where the ribs join the breastbone. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/costoch...
2. Pleuritis. Inflammation of the lining around the lungs. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/pleuris...
3. Acid reflux or GERD. GERD can cause symptoms similar to that of a heart attack. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/gerd/ds...
See if any of the above conditions sound familiar. Obviously, we can't make it stop (I've had all of the above myself!), but you may want to discuss the above information with your physician.
maybe ur breast needs tounching..? i dont know... or maybe u have really fit breast... thats why their tight..?? lol.. sorry.. but i cant help u there.. maybe if i was to spend a week in a girls body.. then maybe..
i used to get this and it is a serious condition. mine is better at the moment, because of exercise and better diet. ALL animal products clog veins, arteries, heart, etc. reduce your meat, butter, etc and replace with avocado, nuts, etc. you can eat a lot of fat. you do not want the animal fats. they clog your heart. exercise 3 times per week and eat oatmeal. oatmeal takes cholesterol out of your system. a farily high carb diet, like a lot of rice, pasta, potatoes, vegetables, etc and less proteins is better for you. you have a preheart condition. there are things you can do for it. i have had a lot of problems and one of them was this same chest tightness you mention, and i cleared a lot of the cholesterol out of my system and i feel a lot better the last 2 or 3 years. one day i actually felt my heart loosen up and it has not hurt or bothered me since. i'm 49 now and in better health than i was in my 30's
