The reason you can feel the tampon is because it isn't in all the way. You need to push it up more and once you do that you won't feel it. Also, the first few times you take out a tampon it will usually hurt, especially if the tampon is somewhat dry.
Is it normal for an anemic woman to not bleed during menstruation?
It probably isn't inserted correctly, or at least not all the way. Try repositioning or pushing it up a little more.

Please someone assist me.girls lone please.?
you arent getting the tampon far enough inside you. It can be tricky because the cervix can get in the way. You just need to experiment with different positions to insert, and you should be able to get it right.
Try a lower absorbency. You shouldn't be able to feel the tampon.
Please someone relieve me.really purely know.?
The first couple times are usually not the greatest, but after a while you will be fine. You might not be used to it.
If thats not the case then you might have inserted it incorrectly (which is definatly a pain to have in and to take out)
If the tampon is not far enough inside you then you might have to push it up a little.
The brand of tampon doesnt really make much of a difference, they all do the same thing.
But if you have a junior or regular flow I suggest you dont use super or heavy flow tampons. I know thats kind of obvious but im just meantioning this just incase.

When you first have a tampon in it does fell a bit uncomfortable. But it does feel more so if you don't have it in all the way or it isn't correctly inserted. When you put it in or take it out, you have to remember to just relax. Sit comfortably on the toilet and do not flex your muscles. Just relax that you'll be as comfortable as possible.
