please don't freak out but you might be pregnant..Go to the chemist and buy a home pregnancy test and find out and if you want to be 100% sure I advise that you go to the doctor and have it checked. You'll be fine... I've had a similar experience in the past and I though I was pregnant but it was only stress...so you never know but whatever happens, think that it is for a reason. Remember to be honest with your boyfriend and get all the support you need.
If you didnt yell, scream, beat up, or cause any harm to your boyfriend, then you didnt have your period. And yes your PREGNANT. Unless your a teenager w/ in your face crazy period cycles, u are pregnant.
It could have been your period... if you're under any stress sometimes it can throw you off a bit. But I'd take a pregnancy test just to make sure.
And if you're that worried. start taking birth control. You need more than just condoms sometimes. Nothing is 100% except abstinence. ;)
how's your health? my period was like that two times in my life: once because i hadn't excercised in 2 months (it came bace immediately after i went jogging) and the other time was when i lost weight and was underweight because it was during finals and was living off of granola bars and water for nearly 5 days. its always a good idea to double check though.
I have had this happen to me in the past, not sure if it applies to you, but thought it worth an answer. I was told that this kind of "not regular" semi-bleeding can be caused by stress or other kinds of tension in your life. Have you been going thru any kind of stresses (mental or physical) that could affect your body functions? You'd be suprised at how much it DOES affect periods.
I had it happen to me about 4 or 5 times when I was betwen the ages of 18 & 25. Sometimes my period would then start normally a few days later, like it had been delayed by stress or something, other times it wasn't normal until the next month.
Hope that helps, you might want to call & ask a Planned Parenthood or Womens Center just to find out what they say - that would be the best way to get answers to reassure you that no other problems were a possibility. I am not an expert but just wanted to tell you my own experience!
just wait to see if it starts in the next couple days, i've been regular then way off- back n forth, i been on birth control for a while and been right on schedule until last month soknow that all females can be off balance sometimes- yes excersise, stress, medication & whatever else can affect periods but if there's no big changes it's just late, especially since u were spotting im sure it'll come soon
