Heck no! I find it a turn-on. I prefer a normal penis to something that's missing skin and has a freaky scar and exposed head. That's just me, though.
Some women don't like it - but they are superficial and used to circumcision! Most of the men in the world are uncircumcised, like 85%, and that means most of the women in the world are having sex with uncircumcised men. I live in Australia where circumcision is rare. My boyfriend is not circumcised and I love it. Any woman who doesn't like your penis because it's not circumcised isn't worth your time. And you can always move over to Canada or Europe or somewhere where the girls are used to uncircumcised penises.
There is nothing unhygienic about being uncircumcised either.
