my aunty hasnt been on her period for 2 months now the last time she had sex after that shes been on her period but after that she hasnt.what can possibly be wrong with her?

Possibly the start of menapause my mom finished hers at43 however I am not that lucky and suffer.
Warning if it is menapause she could still get pregnant as doctor say you have to have so many months period free before safe.
Tell your aunt to go to doctor who will do a blood test to confirm if menapause has started or not.

Depends on how old your Auntie is. She might be pregnant, or if she's a bit older, she may be going through menopause. Tell her she should get checked out at the docs.

1. She is pregnant
2. She is passing through the perimenopausal period,
3. She is having some endocrinological, or hormonal problems.
What she needs is to consult a doctor.

I suspect the change. has she had sweating at night ? I am 43 and have not had a period in a year. I know I am not pregnant because I have had tests and seen the doc. It is so nice to not have the period and do not miss it. I have a big supply of feminine products but save for younger female visitors like my stepdaughters, sisters aor anyone in need of an emergency

first i find it a little strange that a 44 year old wouldnt know that periods stop when you are pregnant, have the menopause, have too little body fat or certain illnesses/stress!
but still, sometimes in pregnancy, the hormones that stop the periods havent built up enough early pregnancy to stop the first "period", i have a friend who has had 3 children and has has monthly bleeds throughout each pregnancy! also a small bleed sometimes occurs in early pregnancy when the egg in implanting into the womb lining.
i suggest she does a home pregnancy test, and see a dr( whether positive or negative)
