Answers:
1 the brown streaks are old blood and the discharge is normal before getting your period your body is getting ready for your period to come
2 back pains is one of the symptoms some women get when their period is coming
3 just because your mother started growing at 14 doesn't mean you will but just give it sometime
The brownish discharge is normal as well is the white discharge, you can have both. When the discharge is brown its because its mixed with all of the bacteria, causing it to be a darker colour.
I'm not too sure about your back problem, maybe you should get that checked out, i'm not suree if it has anything to do with having your period or not.
And, don't worry we all develop at a different pace, sometimes we don't take after either of our parents in that area!
Hope this helps, take care!

1 & 2: If you aren't on your period, it's either some sort of genetic/physical/? defect, or you have an STD.
3: Different people mature at different rates. And if you're 14, you should know that already. Should've taken sex ed. already.
you are getting there! you are just growing fast that is probally why you are having muscle aches.
1. you're probably spotting..you're probably going to start your period soon. so make sure you have supplies at your house ready.
2.back pain can be because of your period. like i said you're probably about to start your period. its probably you started puperty awhile back but you just have started your period.
3.even if your mom was done growing but 14 and your dad at 16 doesnt mean you are..its ok to be different from your parents..do you ahve a sister?? because timing for this kind of thing is closer between sisters than parents. so if you have a sister ask her at what age she started her period or hit her growth spurt.
The brown discharge in your underwear could be a sign that you are gojng to start your period soon. It probably is a small amount of blood mixed in with the normal secretions. As you mature, your body starts producing hormones that eventually start your periods. in my opinion, it sounds like they are starting to work on you and you probably will start your period sometime soon. Everyone develops at their own pace, so please don't worry too much. My cousin didn't get her 1st period until she was 17. As for the back pain, it could be "growing pains" or it could be those pesky hormones again. Since it happens twice a month, I would suspect that it could be related to your body preparing for your cycle. The 2 main things that happen in a woman's cycle is ovulation (usually in the middle of the cycle) and the start of the period (at the end of the cycle). Both are hormonally driven and can result in mild pain in the stomach or the back. Again, try not to worry too much. If it continues, you can ask your doctor about it. Hope this helps.
when did the other women in your family develop? you may just be a late developer or you follow the females on your fathers side who may have developed later.
it sounds like your period is on its way so dont worry just keep watching your disharge. i know it sounds disgusting but it is obviously changing a lot of late so it sounds like its on its way. the pains in your back are likely to be cramps relating to your period (menstrual cramps) this means your body is getting ready. remember your body is getting ready for a big change so it may come as a bit of a shocker when it does happen but dont panic and talk to mum. shes been there!
its going to happen soon your body is getting reagy...as far a sgrowing is concernerd, girls stop growing about two to three years after they start their menstrual cycle because thats when the plates in the bones close for females, so you may still have time to grow stop worrying
your body is trying to make u have your period. this happens 2 me, sometimes i skip a few months at time. it is perfectly normal.
