ok i am on a diabetic diet...try to follow this eat 4 carbs at breakfast 1 carb at snack 4 carbs 2oz meat all the veggies you want and 1 fat at lunch. then 1 carb snack. then at dinner eat 4 carbs 3oz meat all veggies 1 fat.. i have lost 27lbs and i started the diet in the middle of may.. it works.. i also walk1 to 2 miles a day.and i cut out sugar...diet soda..sugar free candy, and so on...
i feel your pain. at 5'9 I was around250-260 pounds and i felt terrible i tried pills that worked and i got to 210 pound and i went back up to 220. i found out about the atkins diet. witch ment eating low carbs and doing light excersises. It was perfect i lost 30 pounds in 1 month. My doctor was so happy and so was I. its the best diet there is and it stops you from being hungry and it gives energy. Plus you can eat all the fat you like from chicken to steak. Also try the south beach diet, its basically the same thing but its easier and theres good food for it. Go to excersise places like Curves or Spa Lady and try to get a buddy to help.
I'm so sorry, you sound so frustrated and down. I wish I could help you feel happier. You are working so much, can you cut your hours at all? You need time for YOU, time to relax.
I go to a place called CURVES, have you heard of it? It is a women's only exercise program and it works wonders. If you watch your diet, the weight will come off quickly and healthy.
It costs about $35/month and there are no men. It is relaxing and I love it. I've lost 29 pounds so far and I feel so much better.

Start to eat in portions drink lot of water and join a gym. Take vitamin... Trust me I know it's hard I just had a baby and I need to loose 30 pounds it a job to loose weight. But you can do it...
