Well, you can eat whatever you want to eat when you are on your period. However, certain foods do have a tendency to make your symptoms greater. Try to limit your intake of sugars, including chocolate, as well as milk products. Decreasing your intake of salty foods is good too, because salty foods causes you to retain water, and you are retaining enough as it is. Increase your intake of protein, too.
