Menstrual PAAAAIN!?!?!?
i just started getting Serious menstrual cramps
is there anyway to make the pain not hurt sooooooo much without taking any medication?
Answers:
For most women, pain that causes nausea is NOT common. I've always had very painful periods, but I take advil or aleve to assist with the pain the first few days. If this is a major change from your normal period, you should go get checked out by your doctor. Once I went on birth control pills, that helped a lot with the cramping, too.
In the meantime, a hot water bottle held on your lower abdomen may help some, or a soak in a warm bath.
Hope you're feeling better.
recurring infection?supposidly kidney?
I always had bad cramps and so do both of my daughters. We find the thing that helps best is an ice pack. If you want to take meds take two Tylenol and two Advil.
put a heating pad on your lower stomach.
Explaining to a guy how to take the emergency contraceptive pill(plan b)?
If you have that big of a problem with cramps you should talk to your doctor about putting you on birth control. If they're that bad and you don't want to take medication then you're just going to have to suffer I guess. A lot of women have severe cramps so bad they feel sick, some even get sick. Most women take ibuprofen/motrin or if it's really that bad go on birth control pills. They regulate your period, make it lighter and lessen cramps.
Is there anything I can do to speed up the onset of my period this month?
I also get lots of pain during my period...I find that it helps to go for a walk...I know you probably don't feel like it but it really does help to stay active...and at night i use a heating pad when i sleep. that also seems to help...hope this helps

Try drinking an oreganus tea and put something hot on your lower stomach!! good luck :)!
Working out regularly helps with my cramps, but sometimes i feel so bad that I just need to lie down for the day. I don't like taking any medications and laying in bed does help for me.
Really abnormal birth control side efffect?
it is normal to get some pain but it is not normal if you are nauseated or dizzy. also unbearable pain might be something more than just cramps. you may want to check with a doctor. other than pain medication you can try simple exercise like walking or a hot bath to relax your muscles. if you have someone who can massage you so you relax that always helps me a lot
GOOD LUCK!
