Whats harder-chemistry or mico-bio?

That depends on what your interests are and how good you are at math and memorization. Both require a lot of memorization, but different kinds. With chemistry you have to memorize formulas and chemical compounds. With microbiology you have to memorize things like the parts of a cell and other biological terms. Both also require lab work, but again, different kinds of lab work. With chemistry you are dealing with chemicals, while in microbiology you are dealing with living organisms.
I had a 4.0 my senior year in college until I hit micro-biology. I just could not understand it. No matter how many times I would read the same paragraph it just didn't make sense. But that is just my opinion.
It depends on if you're good at math. If so, chem may be easier. Microbio is a lot of biochemical testing and memorizing of the results for specific species of bacteria. If you're good at memorizing, microbio is easier.
For most people, though, microbio is easier.
