stress, a dramatic change in eating habits, losing too much weight or gaining too much too fast, doing abnormally extensive exercise, or just simply because her body wanted to. many women experience abnormal periods. She can get on a pill to help regulate them.
Stress. Lack of sleep maybe. Wrong foods.

How can wrong foods cause you to miss your period? That's really stretching things. What? food going to clog up something?
A medical mess up could cause it . Find out from a doctor. They may be able to tell by running some tests if it all comes to that. Sometimes time explains what happened.

Steroids(artificial hormones) also make women miss the periods and excessive exercise. also, if she is just starting out on her period it can be irregular could take a year or two to regulate. taking birth control can help regulate it as well
