Is this a miscarriage or am I still pregnant?
I was due to have my period on the 10th, but had some brown discharge from the 9th to the 11th. I took a pregnancy test and the second line was pencil thin but the same color. The next morning I woke up and felt as if something poured out of me, and that day and the next it progressed on to big clots and some bleeding with a lot of cramping, but not extremely heavy. I was told it was a miscarriage but didn't go into the doctor. I took a test today and it still has a pencil thin line of blue. Am I pregnant or not???

Get yourself to a doctor right away! It sounds like you had a miscarriage, but even if you didn't, then something could be very wrong that puts you or your baby at risk. The test really isn't going to tell you much since it's based on your hormone levels--which may not have dropped enough to produce a negative reading.

The hormones that show up in your urine will indicate pregnancy even if you've had a miscarriage. It takes weeks for your hormones to get back to their non pregnant state.
That said, you must go in for an ultra sound to make sure 1) that you've actually had a miscarriage and 2) that everything that needs to come out, has. If anything has remained in your uterus, it can become infected and cause you a lot of grief. It's pretty important to see a doctor with the symptoms you've described.
Good luck to you.
