You are normal. The white/clear discharge is normal for all girls once they start puberty. You can wear pantyliners if it bothers you.
If you have pale skin, the blue veins are also normal. The pimple like things - hmm, raised bumps? They are normal also.
If you aren't going to believe your doctor, then you need to find one that you have confidence in.

If your doctor said everything was fine, and you're not feeling any pain or seeing vaginal discharge, then you're probably fine. I don't know what you're comparing yourself to, but the magazine photos of breasts and vaginas don't necessarily represent real life. Bumps and veins are digitally erased, just like wrinkles on the face are erased. You're normal as you are.
You have to trust your doctor, that is why you go in for regular check ups. For a young girl it does seem embarrassing going to the doctor and having her exam you. However, this is what doctors do, there is no reason to be upset the doctor is trained to observe, evaluate, and treat. This is what she does all day long and doesn't compare you to anyone else. Try to understand this and get comfortable with your body because you will be having these types of exams the rest of your life. You are fine and can go on with your life feeling completely at ease. Good luck, and have a great school year.
I can tell you are fine All women have little pimples around their nipples and the white stuff in their vagina is there as well, now and then! I'm 41 ok
