I have been spotting brownish one day, had a light period yesterday and today I am spotting again. 2 weeks ago I had some pink stuff with my pee. What's happening? I have nauseas and feel tired all the time. I am not on the pill. One pregnancy test said negative but I'm afriad I took it too early... honestly there was a second line but it appeared after 25 minutes and the doctor says you should never read the test after 10 minutes... please helppp

It could be that your period is coming soon but I would get back in to your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what else they think is going on because sometimes infection can cause the kind of bleeding you described.
Go back to your GP and ask him to take a blood sample just to make sure you aren't pregnant. If the test is still negative, then you need to find out what else is going on. Take a urine sample with you.
