When your stressed do you know it?
Question:
Does this make since?
Answers:
I can definitely tell when I'm stressed. I get headaches, I feel like I'm dancing on my toes, I get all sorts of physical reactions! Once I broke out into shingles, despite the fact that I'm only 15 [I was 14 when I got them!], and another time I broke out into hives. But I was functioning on very little sleep and eating little and working like crazy, so that makes sense. People all get different reactions from stress--but usually you just get that tingling sense of urgency!
it makes sense. and it usually depends on the situation, like most things. and allso the person. some people are really intune with themselves and can realise even the smallest bit of stress. for me it doesnt sink in unless i have like...something due the next day school and i havent started it etc. but i didnt realise that when dad had cancer it made me really stressed. sometimes the mind goes into denial. sometimes it uses stress to power you on. so in answer, yes stress is something that you can know when its going on. you might not always know the cause, but symptoms will show up (ie, fatigue, headaches etc). but sometimes other feelings can hide the stress, inwhich case its best just to sit back and take a look at how everythings going.
stress in small amounts can be good. but any bigger and it can be detremental to physical and mental health
i generally know when im stressed, whether i admit it or not. sometimes you can go for a while and you dont really acknoledge that you are stressed until you become a super b:::ch . sometimes if i get really subliminally stressed i can realize it because of the way my body reacts, such as tiredness, depression, irritability and so on. it is different for everyone.
hellOOO yes you do .
