You can wear contact lenses for your eyes.

If the teeth aren't that crooked, it's not really a problem as long as they are clean.

I would go with the breast reduction because disproportionately large breasts can cause back problems/other physical problems.

umm...i think i would get the lasik surgery..i think it would be more important to be able to see!! my friend got it and hes soo glad he did.

Go for the eyes i have contacts and they suck I would love to be abel to see sefor my outward apperance unless the beasts cause you pain those first

Breast reduction, if they are causing you back pain. They can be covered by insurance and your back will feel much much better after the surgery (which can be covered by insurance).
