Answers:
this is pubic hair it does NOT have to be the some as the hair on your head- and usually isn't but you are maturing well i hoped this helped :)
It's called Pubic hair. You've probably started going through puberty.
you're going through puberty.
Honey yourpubic hair and your natural hair are not the same.

Example:
My natural hair is brown and wavy
my pubic hair is dark browm and curly

eeewww gross but that just how it is.
Yup definitly pubic hair
The thin dark hair will get thicker as you get older. It is pubic hair, and it is normal for it to be darker than the hair on your head. This is a natural part of growing up, so don't worry about it, your a normal female.
if ur not sure go to a doc like a GYN but some females have different hair down there. mine is straight and thin but its perfectly normal
It is natural. Don't worry about it. The hair i have down there is darker than the hair on my head. Your hair there is just starting to grow that's why it is straight. When you get further in puberty it will get curly, really curly. This is perfectly normal. I can remember when i was 12, it was straight. You will be fine. Puberty is scarry and confusing but it gets better. It won't last forever, it just feels like it.
its normal, but it bothers you then shave it off, just be REALLY careful
LOL!
You've grown pubes.
Everybodys got 'em.
Well, you are starting the time of adolescence, or puberty, when your body will go through a series of changes which will help you to reproduce. Right now you are growing pubic hair. At first, it will be staright and fine, but then in a few months or years the hair will be coarse and curly. You may soon start to develop armpit hair as well. Also, a small amount of swelling or a bump will appear near your chest area and the flatness will start to go. This is the beginning of your breast development. All girls around the ages of 9 to 16 may get their period. This is the shedding of blood. It usually happens 2 years after you start growing pubic hair or breasts. If you see that a clear or whitish substance comes out of your vagina, it might be discharge which means that shortly you will be getting your period. During puberty, you may get mood swings. One moment you might be happy and enjoying life and then the next you may be frustrated and may HATE your life. Don't worry though; this is PERFECTLY normal and happens to EVERYONE your age. You might also take a stronger interest in boys.
Here's some more specific information about getting your period. When you get your first period, the bloodflow will most likely be light. You can get pads for light flows and tampons which are inserted into the vagina for heavy flows. You may get cramps, pains in the lower back area, and may start craving certain foods, like chocolate. Make sure you talk to your mom when you do get it, and to prepare for getting your period if it comes in school, you can always leave an extra pair of pants and underwear in your locker or bookbag. It has some GREAT info and covers every aspect of it that you need to know about. You can also email me if you want. My primary email address is amdwinxgrl@yahoo.com and I can help you out as well. By the way, I am twelve too (almost thirteen in September) and you can also add me to your yahoo messenger list if you want to. Don't worry about the changes that may happen to you because girl is going through them, every child will go through them, and every woman has gone through them. Oh yah, and here are some other things I forgot to mention: During puberty you will also experience an increase in perspiration so you will need to use deordant, and your hips will widen. You may also gain more weight because when you are old enough to have a child, you need fatty tissue to support it. Hope this information helps and that I have answered most if not all of your questions.
