I suggest you talk to your parents, the sooner the better. i mean do u have any prenancy symptoms?And don't be afraid to ask because you're afraid of getting into trouble. If, it's any reassurance, your parents might be madder at the mothefucker who did this to you then at you (i really doubt they'll be mad at YOU at all)

I know it is embarrassing and hard to tell somebody about your rape, but you need to bring whoever did this to you to justice, and you need to protect yourself from any diseases you might have contracted. Please, the best thing you can do right now is tell your doctor and parents. If you feel uncomfortable telling your parents, tell another relative, a coach, a teacher, anybody you can trust to help you through this incredibly difficult time.
1 time is all it takes. Did you talk to your parents, the police, or a doctor after you were raped? If you did they should have done tests for STD's and either done or told you to follow up for a pregnancy test. It's entirely possible that missing 3 periods has been caused by this rape and that you are pregnant. It's also possible that you've missed periods due to stress from the situation.
The best thing you can do is talk to your mom and go to your gynecologist or emergency room(if you're desperate) for a pregnancy test and a pelvic exam/pap smear (in case something else is going on causing you to skip periods). If you're afraid of the doctor try an at home pregnancy test... if it's positive you'll need to see the doctor for prenatal care, if it's negative you'll need to see the doctor for an exam and tests to see what's causing your missed periods.

Yes, it can. You have two things to think about here. The first and most important is to determine if you are pregnant. You should do that immediately so you have options for what to do about it. The second is that you were raped, and you should report it.
If you didn't tell anyone about the rape so far, I know it's on your mind that you don't want to. That's not necessarily the best decision, but it's yours to make. If you won't tell your parents about the rape, then look online or in the phone book for Planned Parenthood and make an appointment. They can tell you if you are pregnant and give you more information.
