Whille ovulating is it a good idea to wear a pantiliner?
if not, when is the time to wear a pantiliner.

While your ovulating is a good time to wear a pantiliner. Any time you have a heavy discharge is a good time to wear one. If you're worried about starting your period at school you can wear a pantiliner everyday if you want. Always keep pads and/or tampons in your locker at school so you have them when you need them.

well u ovulate about 2 weeks before your period... if your having heavy discharge then def wear 1 :)!
i would say wear a pantyliner a couple days before your period so you wouldnt be caught offguard and have an "embarrassing moment" ;)..or you can wear one when down there starts to feel a little "too" moist ;)

as far as your period, just keep a couple extra tampons in your backpack at all times.
