Boob size is genetic. There are no special diet, supplements or excersises that will make them grow. Unless your still growing? Depending on your age.

then try this exercise. I haven't been doing it lately, because im working on my abdominal muscles..but i found this exercise on a site..
What you do is you stand straight, feet together.
Then you bend your knees just slightly, and keep your back straight. While your knees are bent, stick your hands out infront of you, as if you were about to dive into the water, and then move both of your arms in a constant motion moving apart from each other and back together. and you'll feel your chest tighten and losen.
P.S. When your hands or together, it should be together so that both of your thumbs are touching each other, not together like on top of each other, or grasping your hands together, but together so that your two thumbs touch.

Just look on google for toning up chest muscles.
Because, those muscles will help tone up your chest area, won't necessarily make your breasts bigger, but will firm them up, and you'll be strong and healthy in that area!
