Have they mentioned anything about a Gastrointestinal disease? Such as:
Crohn's Disease
Intestinal Obstruction
Irritable Bowel
Diverticulitis
Colitis
Ulcer
Or some of the below maybe?
Hernia
Gallstones
Infection some where in the body
Postnasal drip(sinus infection, allergies)
Food Allergies, like allergic to wheat, milk(diary)etc... Pancreatitis
Hepatitis - nausea is an early sign of hepatitis even before any jaundice.
I know that I am sick to my stomach everyday and I have to constantly take medication for it. I have Crohn's Disease and several other intestinal problems. Also if you have acid reflux, this can make you nauseated.
I know you would need specific tests done in order for the doctor to find the cause of your nausea and if it is related to some of the above. I would ask to be sent to a specialists such as a Gastoenterologist. They would be your best bet on finding why you are nauseated and making you better! Do You have any other symptoms other than the headache a while back, like low-grade fever, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation? If you have some other symptoms that go along with the nausea, it may be easier to tell what the cause may be. I wish you the best of luck and I hope that you feel better soon. I know what it is like to be sick and constantly going to the doctor and they don't help or don't find out what is wrong!! It took them until I was 27yrs old and deathly sick, in the hospital, weighing only 93lbs before I was finally diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Just don't give up, keep going and insist they send you to a specialist and have the necessary tests done to get the correct diagnosis! Go to this site for some additional info that may be helpful and Please take care and God Bless!
It could be stress...I was sick for 8 months from stress - the docs ran every test in the world on me and it was stress!!!

Hope you feel better soon.
If you have any other symptoms you can go to
webmd.com and do the symtom checker.

It sounds like a stomach thing but who knows...

Your doctor really should listen to you, and if you have a feeling something is wrong, think about going to a different docor.

I hope you feel better.
I don't know. Diet is probably the only answer they could come up with. It could be your gall bladder. With appendicitis, the pain is constant, so that is ruled out. It is either your diet (if you eat an unhealthy one) or possibly your gall bladder.
You need an MRI of your digestive tract and a stomach emptying test.
I would recommend you go see a competant GI doctor.
Gastro Intestinal.
Are you dehydrated? That would cause headaches and nausea as if your drunk just curious it could just be nerves as well.
my advice would be to get a different doctor. It could be nothing or it could be something big. I know that for a time I had sudden chest pains and swore it was my heart, but it turned out to be gas in my intestines (likely due to constapation :p) But having headaches and feeling naseua usually isn't very good. I would go to a different doctors office, tell them what's up then get their opinion. If they tell you the same thing, try it.
Did the doctors do a general blood test? Not for pregnancy, but just a general blood test? A simple blood test could tell a lot.

Well, it could be anything. What have you done differently for the last few weeks? Did you buy a new mattress/sofa? Some people get sick from new mattresses because of the fire retardant chemicals. Did you start taking any medications or vitamins? Both could cause nausea. Are you eating more snacks? Many snacks contain preservatives that can cause headaches (migraines... and those cause nausea). Did you move into a new place? Are you getting enough liquids? Any bug bites (bug, spider, mosquito)? Any new sexual partners within the last few months?

It sounds like migraines, but only a doctor would know. Make sure you get enough liquids and potassium. Just eat well as the doctor says, and if you can remember any changes/additions in your life within the last month/month & a half, mention it to your doctor if you think it could be a cause. Allergies can also cause headaches and nausea. If your doctor hasn't already, have him/her give you a general blood test. Try not to worry, I know it's hard not to worry when you don't know what's going on, but trust me, worrying won't make the nausea any better. Best of luck to you, and I hope you feel better soon!
If you ate a lot of junk food before you saw a doctor, and then changed your diet after you saw him/her, your body could be adjusting to the changes. Personally, I think its a lot of stress. Try taking some time out of your day and relax, even its just taking calming breaths-cant spell
hormonal changes and stress can make you sick to your stomach. They can over stimulate the vegal nerve which controls the amount of acid that dumps into your stomach. A test called an "upper G.I." is a good start to make sure things are OK internally to rule out ulcer, or any other anomalies. Heliobactor pylori bacteria is another culprit that upsets your stomach.and can cause ulcers. A blood test can be done to determine this. Gall bladder can also cause upset stomach. Ultrasound is used to rule out anomalies there.

These are a few suggestions to take to your doctor. Sometimes you have to give them something to go on! Also, if you don't feel your current doctor is doing enough, see another one. One that practices Internal medicine (there are many) would be a good start.
