Physical Question?

Question:
For sports and school I have to get a physical. And I usually go to this lady who just checks your heartbeat, and your spine, ect.

But my parents are now insisting I go to their doctor for a FULL physical. See im pretty shy, so I just want to know what their going to do, im 13.. So yeah.

Answers:
The nurse will take your height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature and respiration rate. Then you will do an eye chart, and at our clinic we check hearing. After that the doctor will come in and listen to your heart, lungs and stomach. She will look into your ears, eyes and nose. She will have you stand and bend over to check for a spine curvature. Then usually the nurse comes back in the room, and your mother leaves. She will ask questions about whether you are sexually active etc. Please be honest. Then she will have you take your pants and underwear off, if you want wear a longer shirt to cover your stuff..and she will also give you a sheet to cover. NOT ALL DOCTORS DO THIS PART!.. Then you will get dressed and she will discuss any immunizations (shots) you may need. They are recomending a second chickenpox shot, Hepatitis A, Gardasil and your Tetnus booster. Usually only lasts about 30 minutes. You will be fine. And trust me, the doctors do this everyday, and the nurses look away~
basically wat she said, im 13 and i was wondering too, but i dont think they do all the stuff she said seems how you are a girl. but its not that bad, goodluck
