Ladies only question:?

Question:
Having a debate with a friend, monthlys are due, swollen sore breasts, should she or should she not wear a bra to bed?

See guys I did say ladies only dont even try to answer this one you will never understand!

Answers:
I do...but that's only because my breasts are pretty big and it hurts more when there's no support.
If you absolutely dont want to wear one, but can't be without one you can try those bra tanks or a sports bra.
Whichever she feels most comfortable with.
I think she should use a bra, a little bit loosen.
You shouldn't ever were your bra to bed anytime. Breasts are normal body parts and need to have at least some portion of time unconstricted and free to bend and stretch. Nighttime is the body's chance to heal and recuperate from the stresses of the day. It's very important for the breasts to be loose as well, to be able to get a 'normal' blood flow into them.
What is the question behind the question? surely she should do what is most comfortable
I would, for support. Make it a nice soft one with no wire tho!
i personally dont as i find it uncomfortable best doing what makes her more comfortable
people say you not really meant to wear a bra to b ed but if shes comfy with it then he should
Sports Bra... Sports bra... if u dont wear one, ur boobs will sag over the years.
I guess she could try it but personally I would find that uncomfortable.
let them hang out I say .
You never need to wear a bra to bed. If your breasts are sore, I'd recomend taking it off.
It really depends on the individual...I personally don't like to wear a bra when the breasts feel sore and swollen because it makes me feel worse.to each their own I say.its up to her whatever makes her comfortable...they are her breasts remember, not yours.
Whatever she feels more comfortable in.
it depends on the woman and what is comfortable for her body.
they sell soft sleep bras, but I could not sleep in any type of bra
I agree with lex_gre, she shouldn't normally where a bra to bed, however I found in my experience during that time when mine hurt, putting on a bra helps alleviate some of the pain. She might want to look into those tank tops that have the shelf bra built in.
no she should not wear a bra in bed.
the purpose of the bra is to support the breast while in a vertical position, when they are at their heavyest,
When you are lying down in bed there is simply no need for support and putting on a bra will not get you any anyway cos your lying flat.
If you have sore breasts that time of month i suggest you get yourself to the doctor and ask what he would recommend for you. okay dokay
God no, just some soft PJ's, bras will just make then sore too, you need to be comfortable. i wear pj vest top not to tight just a little for support. because when there swollen they can be a bit heavy.
only if it has no underwire otherwise they will just end up sorer. try a sleep vest or just a tighter fitting vest this may help
I'd say she shouldn't, but it is up to her. Many women with larger breasts are more comfortable sleeping with one. Doing it (or not doing it) will have no effect on her health. It's won't make her breasts smaller, bigger, cause cancer, etc. It is each individuals prefence.
wouldnt wear a bra to bed. Let them breathe a little.
i need to wear a bra all the time coz im quite big up top so if i dont they get really heavy and i end up with serious backache
dont wear a bra VERY uncomfortable!
hey we have to wear a bra all day .give them a rest at night .put a warm rag on them this should re leave the swollen sore breasts
No bra...and if her breasts are swollen wouldn't a bra make her even more uncomfortable?
You shouldn't wear a bra to bed, ever.
You've been wearing it all day and need to allow time for the lymph system to perform properly without the constriction of a bra.
If it maes her more comfortable to wear a bra then she should!
