one of the ways to reduce breasts is breast reduction surgery, or doing some specific exercises. and go for a laser hair removal or waxing.

You can buy a minimising bra, but the only ways to really reduce breast size are surgery or weight loss.
Get a bra fitting at a good store, and you will be more comfortable in any case.
You could get your downstairs hair permanently removed with lazers, but that will cost hundreds of pounds/dollars/money.
Electrolsys is probably not an option... most beauty therapists would not want to spend that amount of time on that area, and it would be painful and expensive.
