It's probably your period. It's time to get some pads, and to talk to an adult you trust, like your mom or a counselor. There are a lot of important things you need to know RIGHT NOW.
Yes dear, I think that's your period.
It probably is. If you want to be 100% sure, you should see a doctor just incase it's something else. Welcome to womanhood.
yes it is. just tell your mom. welcome to the world of a women sweety ☻
welcome to womanhood!
yeah its probably your period, the same thing happened to me the first time i got it about a month ago (second one hasnt happened yet im assuming ts irregular)
anyway just get pads.
its usually heavier around the start of the flow so change it more often in the first days!
yes it is. talk to ur mom about it she will understand!
WELCOME TO WOMANHOOD!
probably if so congrats!
It sounds like it is! Congrats. Put a pad on and talk to your mom. A lot of times I start mine on the toilet so that is probably what happened to you.
how old are you?
Right, first thing's first, put a pad (or, if you don't have one yet, use tissues) in your pants before you forget.
And try not to panic. This could well be your period! =)
There are many other signs that you may not have noticed before that could suggest that this is your period.
Have you had any discomfort in your stomach or lower back? Have you been a little bit moody or sulky lately? Have you noticed a change in the greasiness of your skin and hair? If you have, then it would suggest that this is your period. However, it could still be your period even if you haven't felt any of those things!
I don't really have enough information to go by, but if you are still in doubt, try asking your mum or dad. It really will help you get down to the bottom of it!
Good luck! =) x
It's your period all right.
Sound like to turning into a young lady. Your not a lil girl anymore..
I know lots of girls don't have anyone to talk to and it I am glad you were smart enough to ask rather than sitting around and worrying. This a a super book that I got for my girls:The Care & Keeping of You: The Body Book for Girls by Valerie Schoeler (Author) It is about $16 from the store and most public libraries have copies. It goes over lots of things in an way that is easy to understand.
This can be a tough time, but it can also be a really cool exciting time for you. If you don't have someone in your home to talk to about these things, you might try your school nurse, or school counselor, a teacher you like & trust, one of your friends parents, an aunt, grandma, older cousin, church leader.
Even if you can't find someone, just remeber you are not the first to travel this road, and you will never really be alone.
