Blood pressure of 88/60 during pregnancy?

Question:
I'm just over 10 weeks pregnant. I've been feeling really tired and a little light headed for the past few days. Not only when I stand up or move too quickly, but most of the time.

Today while at a pharmacy waiting for assistance, I decided to take my blood pressure on one of the blood pressure machines inside. I had been walking around the store for approximately 30 minutes prior to taking it. The first time it was 88/60. The second time I took it I was also trying to keep my 2 year old from grabbing things off the shelves, and it came up as 93/64.
Is this cause for immediate concern? I'm going to call the doctor tomorrow morning, I just wanted some input.

Answers:
I was diagnosed with low blood pressure during pregnancy, which mine is always pretty low, just during pregnancy it dips even more. The days before I went to labor with my last son, it got down to 87/59. Since I wasnt getting lightheaded or dizzy that often unless I did a sudden movement like you are describing, she didnt put me on any meds. When I am not pregnant my blood pressure is about 100/70. Make sure to tell your doctor but I am sure you are fine.
But she may put you on something if you start fainting.
That's very low. Definitely see your doctor.
