Are there any diseases that resemble the signs of pregnancy?

Question:

so, i keep getting neg tests back from 3 diffrent kinds of pregnancy tests but i just dont understand. the hospital i go to (military) wont test me unless i have one positive at home test. its gettting frustrating because im 13 days late on my period, and i am having all the symptoms and more that i had with my first son. i just know deep down somthing isnt right with my body. im actually afraid that if im not pregnant then i have a serious illness because of what has been going on with my body. I had what seemed to be implantaion bleeding yesterday and the day before (not today), i had so freakn hot that i have the AC on full blast and im half naked, i pee all day long, i have terrible headaches, my stomach hurts every night before bedtime, im super tired (anemic last pregnancy), my boobs feel like they just got pierced, and i crave water sooo much. i dont know what is going on with my body but i want to know if there are any diseases that can make you think or feel preganat?

Have they actually examined you?
Have you actually seen a doctor or are you just relying on pregnancy tests,being late with your period and feeling pregnant?.

You say that you are
very thirsty
peeing a lot
have you had any vomiting or lost weight?

I think that your urine/and or blood needs to be tested to exclude diabetes

Thank you for extra information-I would still test urine for sugar to be on safe side.See your doctor for examination to check that your uterus and also your ovaries.Ovarian tumours can present as abdominal swelling and weight gain-I do not want to be alarmist -It is a matter of giving advice at this distance

Brown spotting, mornnig sickness, tiredness, dreast tendreness, pain in one ovary, nausea. But brown spotting is a sign you´re really preg, or you can have an injurie in your cervix.
