Should I take plan B?
Question:
Okay so I had unprotected sex a few days before July 26th. We did that for about 3 or 4 days in a row even though he only stayed in me for a little while and did not ejaculate inside of me. I have no idea why we did not take Plan B THEN but.. we didn't.
So then again, we had unprotected sex last night. I told him we had to go get it today.
I know alot of pregnancy tests do not work until the time of your missed period or afterward. So it could be possible I'm pregnant from the time before.
What would happen if I took the pill today & I am?
Should I take it or not or what?
Please answer as soon as possible & in a considerate way.
Answers:
If this occurred within 5 days, you can obtain emergency contraception. However, depending on how long your cycles are and when you ovulate, pregnancy could already be possible. If you do take Plan B and are already pregnant, this would not hurt the baby. If you mention when the first day of your last period was, and how long your entire cycles are, I can give you a better clue if you were near ovulation.
Call a doctory honey. If not call a planned parenthood office in your area. They will be able to answer your questions.
You don't want to do anything to hurt the baby if you are pregnant at this point.
Planned Parenthood will be able to advise you on the risks, and you probably won't even have to give them your name.
Good Luck, and don't miss your appointment next week.
if it was last night then take the pill ASAP, that way, it'll work better
much luck

fine.i wont answer then...
dont worry if he didnt ejaculate inside you, you have no chance of being pregnant.
this happened to me when i was with my boyfriend and a little bit got inside, i was terrifed, i know how you feel sweetie so dont worry. butif it makes you feel better then get things checked
also when you first start on the pill it doesnt work for the first 3months so continue usin condoms or other forms of protection till then and really you should be werein them anyway, becuase if either you or you boyfriend have had other partners there could be a chance of passin on STI's so just to be safe get yourself checked for that aswell
but if you and your partner have only been with each other then you should be fine
i hope this helps
You should go on Webmd and try to get a Guesstimation on when you ovulate. But if he ejaculated last night...then you should get a planB today. If you are already pregnant from before than it cannot help you. But if there is some semen of his that did not travel yesterday then it's good to get it today. Also you should explain that this isan emergency at Planned Parenthood so they can do an ultra sound. That would be beneficial if there is a baby from before.Ok...I hope I answered your question. Be careful ; ) God Bless.
don't listen to shephanie w. she is retarded. the very second a man is inside you, ejaculating or not, you can become pregnant. it is called precome and men use that to lube up the urethra in preparation of sex. the precome may have sperm in it. the plan b only works up to 5 days of sexual contact. it is more effective the sooner you take it.
