Women..hold any of you ever used the Diva Cup instead of pad or tampons?

I freshly started using INSTEAD. its very uncomplicated to insert and you dont even feel it. if you transport it out correctly there is no mess whatsoever. you lately have to swot up your body and your flow to know when you have to withdraw from it. the instead is good for 12 hrs on commonplace flow days. Heavier days are less.
