I havent had my period in months. is there something wrong?

My period is always irregular and sometimes its like this. but im 18 yrs old now. shouldnt it be regular by now? Then, when i have it, it last for 1 week and its regular for the next month and then its like... its gone on its own freakin vacations? Should i go see a dr? Im goin to get a sports physical on monday, and everytime they ask, "when was the last time u had your period" i always have it a few weeks before, now i havent had it in months, will they put me on the pill?

they should go see see your gyn and find out whats going on this could be the symptons of an imperfocate hymen this causes your periods to be irregular too

Yes you should be regular by now, you should go to your gyn and he will give you the best bc pills for you, and they should regulate your cicle. Bc pills might be good for you by now, for examle fo you have acne he can give you a pill to control it and control your period.

Anytime you miss two or more periods in a row, you should consult your gynecologist. You're 18 and should be regular by now, unless you started your period really, really late (as in at 16 or 17). A physical isn't enough, you need to see a gynecologist. You're 18, and you should start seeing a gyno now anyway!

Depending on the problem, they may put you on the pill.
