Well. It is about 1 week from the date I am supposed to get my period. I have noticed that when i pee and "wipe" the tissue has tiny spots of red "blood" just tiny specs. I was just wondering what in the clue is this.. I dont know much of this topic. But I am taking birth controls pills, and lately I have been having lower abdominal pain really sharp pains almost like a knife inside of me. I also this past few days have had discharge it is like clear and has no odor. and i also feel irriatated inside vaginal area. Those are all the details I have can someone please help me. I am very worried.

Clear discharge is normal for women.
Since you are on BC, you could be having break through bleeding hence the spots.
Pain could be a pelvic infection along with the irritation. See your doctor.
you might be pregnant birth controls are 98% helpful! ..or you might have a problem with the kind of birth control you using you can change birth controls! see a doctor and/or get a pregnancy test!
