I wonder if you have strained some sort of muscle in your chest. I know that when i do chest exercises for a few days later it hurts me. I feel like even between my ribs are aching and i get these zippy pains. THen the pain fades away. You should check to make sure that it is not painful to breathe or that you are not being oxygen deprived. It does seem a bit odd that this kind of pain would be starting back in your body as an adult. Check for other things that are different in your body as well. Have you done anything different in the past few days or weeks .. started any new suppliments or taking anything that is different that could trigger something muscular in you, in the way of pain.
If this thing persists Lorraine i'd check out my doctor to make sure all is well.
As women we can't afford to mess with anything in our bodies:)

All the best and keep us posted ok
