This is just part of puberty and everyone is different on the rate of growth and size of their breasts. They do hurt when you are on your period because of the hormones.
why does it matter?
not all gals breast are big, some are flat. if pain, must see a doctor.
maybe it is in your blood 4rm ur genes through inheritance and seek medical on the part that it hurts during ur period
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to make your breasts grow bigger or faster. Naturally at least. Everyone is different. Some girls develop faster, and some get bigger breast. That's a part of life. Genetics can play a role in it too. You'll just have to wait and see what cards you were dealt.
Try a heating pad to ease the pain.Also use a lotion that is rich in vitamin E to help your skin stretch more comfortably.As far as the size goes.I wish I could say not to worry but everyone's body is different.They may get much bigger or they may stay small.The size of your breasts are determined by allot of factors,but there is no proven way to make them bigger.
well im 17 and i used to have ur same problem, dont worry they will grow :)
and my bresta hurt real bad too during my period its hard to stand it but we are girls :) we can take anything :) cant we?

the hurting may be fibrocystic breast you will have to go to the doc to find out for sure but lay of the caffeine and salt during that week you notice them hurting Are you 14? and the size well believe me mine are 36DDD and I would rater have a large b or a small c
There is nothing you can do about the size of your breasts. They will grow into whatever size is determined in your genes.
Don't worry. They will grow. This will not define you as a person and it is not as important as other attributes you have.
People will tell you to do exercises for the chest, and while this can help some, it will not increase your cup size.
Be happy with what you have and learn to live a bra free life.
I found myself with an A cup sized chest until I was 18.
Now, at the age of 23, I am a full C.
Your body gets to choose your final size, but you get to choose to be happy with what you have at the moment.
im the same age...and let me tell you all girls are different about these things..let me ask you one thing...are you other girls? no your not you will mature when its your time. do be discouraged itll happen someday...
At age 14, you hhave a lot of time to grow. But we all deveop (or don't develop) at our own pace. The size of your breast is like the color of your eyes - it's all genetic.
well im 15 and im goin to 10th grade and wear a 34a and im gonna lose weight before school so i knw theyll shrink but it all depends when u started ur period, it can take up to 5-10 yrs until ur breasts fully develope.
i knw it sucks when u see other girls especially younger than u with bigger boobs but when i started 9th grade i noticed that guys dont care about them as much as they did in middle school so u really dont have to wrry bout it
