i have a very sore back all the time due to a bad car accident in febuary and now being nearly 5 months pregnant doesnt help.
do some light excercise and lay flat on your back, get sum1 to rub your back!
If the back pain is very bad itcould be either a bad kidney infection or a kidney stone I'd get it checked out if it continues hurting you . If you've been doing strenuous work/lifting you might have pulled something in your back might have to see a chiropractor.
I just had really bad lower back pain. I went to see my doctor and she found that i have a urinary tract infection, but with no other symptoms. Go to your gyno...its always best.
