I have been using them for years, and I really like them. You can wear them longer than a tampon, you don't have a string to poke out of a bathing suit or to pee on and sex is not messy. It does take some time to get used to inserting them. And I always remove mine in the shower. Remember that the cups collect the blood, they do not absorb it.so you will have a little cup full of blood. And that can be messy. They also make a reusable cup. The most common is called the Diva Cup. I have thought about looking into those.
Instead cups are rather pricey, but then again, so are tampons. I get mine at Rite-Aid (I am in California). Not sure if you have Rite-Aids where you are, but they are a pharmacy chain. They are in the pad and tampon section, right in the aisle. The website below sells Instead Cups.24 cups for $9.03. That sounds cheaper to me than the ones I get at Rite-Aid.

I've heard of them (I'm a DivaCup user). They should be sold at local pharmacies, but if not try a Health Food Store.
If you can't find them, go ahead and try a DivaCup, they have a 1 year moneyback guarantee. So if it doesn't work for you then you can always get a refund (=
Can I start using birth control (Yaz) mid cycle?
i saw them in Target today. they were in the same area as all the tampons, but it was just a tiny section on the top shelf, so you might have to search a bit. it was $8.99 for a box, but i'm not sure how many were in it, 24 maybe. i was quite intrigued by the idea, but i didn't buy them.
