I don't know how to describe the smell but it is very distinctive. When you have an infection your privates with itch really bad. Real Bad! There is medicine sold over the counter. Also, viniger and water doush can help. If this is your first time you need to see a dr.
Certain smells would be things like: Fish, Bread, and Beer. I've had my fair share of yeast infections...believe me! If its mild, I would suggest using some vagisil. BUT, if it continues and gets worse use Moistat..that's the best. Some other things are: Don't wear skin tight clothing (that makes it like an even more vulnerable to yeast infection) , try sleeping one night with no undies it'll help it air out, and also when you use the restroom DO NOT drip-dry!! That's the quickest way to get a yeastie!
