hii this is not ment to be gross, but how often do you uhm "go" to the bathroom. my friend says im weird cause he goes twice a day and i only go a lot less than that, but my dioctor says everyone is different, so what about u..? dont be shy we are all grown ups!!

your not alone i go about once everyday or sometimes not at all... my husband goes several times a day and he tells me im weird also so dont feel bad
really you should be going as many times as you eat during the day.. so like if you eat two big meals then you should go 2x or whatever..
other wise you are prob contipated (despite what the books may say).. you can get a fecal impaction if you don't go 1x a day...and that is no fun!
