Can i wear a tampon to bed?

Yes, it's safe as long as you sleep for 8 hours or less. That's my personal rule for leaving a tampon in: 8 hours. Any longer, and I think it's unsafe, but since it's SO nasty to wear just a pad to bed, I wear a super tampon.
yes you can wear a tampon to bed...usally i sugest reg. but if your heavy use super
You can wear your tampon to bed so long as you put it in just before you go to bed and take it out as soon as you wake up. Unless you have a heavy flow never use a super tampon.
don't wear one to bed.. unless you set your alarm clock to take the thing out after 4 hours. You could end up with toxic shock syndrome which leads to death.. just wear a pad..-try a long one if you are worried about leakage..
yea. i use regular ones when i sleep. i think they are better but the only thing thats bad about them is that you can only sleep in 8 hour shifts. i never wear pads to bed.
Of course. Tampons are made to match your flow. Never wear a super if you are not super flowing. Change you tampon often, usually every 3-4 hours at least. You can always wear a regular to bed and use a pad also so if you have breakthrough you won't make a mess.
Don't wear a tampon for bed. They should be changed every three to four hours or they leak and can cause infection (nasty buisness that should be avoided if you can). If you just got your period try the regular slim to start out until you find how heavy your flow is. Then you can coustomise.
I wear them to bed, all the time, I’m on the rag. The absorbancy depends on your flow. I’ve worn 2, a Super Plus, and regular, to bed, on my heavy times of the month, and I’ve never had a problem.
Yes you can wear one to bed. You can use one for up to 12 hours at a time. Only use super if you have a heavy flow.
defiantly do NOT wear a tampon, having them in too long can cause serious problems. Just use pads.
you can wear a tampon for hours or more if your flow isnt heavy if it is heavy i wouldent you are at more risk for toxi shock synrome

you can wear tampons to bed but for the first few nights you might want to wear a pad with it to see how it goes. either super or regular are fine it just depends how your flow is.
There are some tampons you can wear up to 8 to 10 hours.
If your period is heavy wear a super tampon, but if your period is med flow wear a regular tampon.
