If the condom is left inside the vagina, it will probably come out again quite easily. You would need to see a doctor for more advice and the morning after pill.
It will not come off if it is put on properly. Practice makes perfect!
And they do NOT reduce the pleasure. STIs and unwanted pregnancy are not pleasant, and that's the alternative. Use a little (non-oil based) lubricant if you need to.

I don't know what will happen if left.You might have to go to the doctor to get it pulled out if you can't do it yourself.Might get an infection.I prefer condoms to me it help men stay harder longer.
If a condom is left "inside" you can try and get it out if not you will need to go to the DR/Hosp. to get it taken out. They will only go up so far, so don't freak out "too" bad. Condoms are good to prevent the spread of STD's and also Pregnancy, but they do take some of the sensation away. If you were tested and neither have STD's and there is some other form of Birth Control you do not need the condom, but I suggest "pulling out", to be on the safe side.
Condoms do not reduce the pleasure, with all the kinds there are now days. If it's left inside, 1. it wasnt used properly,2. wrong size 3.infection if it's left in too long. But it's easily removed with a finger or a dr.
it would completely invalidate the use of the condom.. and it means whomever used it was too small for that condom size... as to earlier answers about condoms coming in types that dont restrict feeling ... i have yet to find a thin type condom that comes in a large size to accomodate me somewhat comfortably.but you really should get it out as soon as possible as it is not good to have anything alien stuck in your body for too long
