Question:
How long would it take me to lose 40 lbs if I were to do this?
*wake up 6 am- 2 hours on stationary bike
*8-9 am- relax, drink some green tea
*9-11 am- 2 hours stationary bike
*11-11:30 am- relax [[get healthy snack]]
*12-2 pm- 2 hours stationary bike
*2-2:30 pm-relax [[get healthy snack]]
*2:30 pm- 4: 30 -2 hours stationary bike
*4:30-5 pm-relax [[get healthy snack]]
*5-7 pm-2 hours stationary bike
*15 min break
*7: 15 pm-9: 15 pm- 2 hours stationary bike
*9:15-9:45-relax [[green tea]]
*10:00-11:30 pm- treadmill
* toning exercises [[squats, lunges, sit ups etc.]]

I'm on a strict diet/exercise boot camp style, I need to be fit in 2 weeks. I will be drinking water constantly.


I'm a female, 5'5", 161 lbs, 15 years old, hourglass figure.

That would probably lead to some kind of sickness with all of that exercising. And you would probably burn some muscle off with the same about of fat.

The problem here is that you left out meals. You're going to be on a yo-yo with that kind of drastic exercise schedule. It isn't sensible. There is ONE thing people CANNOT fight and that is the hunger mechanism. If you don't find a way to eat and satisfy that urge while also losing or maintaining weight you are going to lose because you will sooner or later have to eat.
You see? So foget that all day long thing. You're also risking injury with that schedule. You may be able to do this now while not in school but it won't happen when Fall comes will it?
There is a sane way to do this. I know there a billion diet plans out there but have you seen http://www.drmcdougall.com/ - This actually works. He says eat these foods and you'll lose wt. even if you eat all day and it works. Worked for me. And no drastic nutty program like above.
Sound like a good way to make yourself exhausted and pass out from exhaustion.

You don't need to exercise for even two hours a day, much less 14+ hours a day. That is WAY too much.

Just exercise for an hour a day, keep your heart rate up, and eat healthfully, and you'll lose weight. This isn't negative, it's the truth!
I would personally recommend jogging because it works better for me. And a great book to read is Natural cures they dont want you to know about by Kevin Trudeau. I have no idea how long it would take because it varies from each person. Just make sure u have a lot of green veggies, have some fish. Oh and whole wheat helps a lot. I find that apples help my perfomance as well. Im sure u will have your 75 oz of water each day. 12 hrs of excersize is alot but all i can tell you is that I if i did that for 2 weeks, i think i would lose at least 20lbs. Oh but im not sure if your metabolism would slow down because of the sudden change and so much loss.
That's a lot of excercising and your not eating a lot either, you will find that you will burn out before the week is over if you do this routine every day for a week that is. You will loose weight but mainly water, if you evercise that much your body needs fule to keep going a snack won't do it, eat chicken, fish, beans, and lots of vggies,you can make a stir fry with chicken and a little olive oil and if the pan catches just add veggie stock to cook the rest of the veggies in , add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and it makes a great meal , which is healthy, but somone your age can excersie 2 hours a day, why not break it up, like do 1/2 hour in the morning, another 1/2 in the afternoon, and then again half, and half that adds to 2 hours, which is plenty. You would be killing yourself with that much exercise in one day. Its really up to you how much exercise you want to do. You have 12 hours of the stationary bike, which will exhaust you. Two hours of stationary bike a day would be enough and dont snack that much. Ideally, you should eat three times a day. Eat breakfast, then a snack between breakfast and lunch, have lunch, etc. You get the picture. You are doing right by drinking water, but make sure your nutrition is up to speed as well. Yahoo has a wonderful area for food and healthy eating. Make sure to check it out. Stationary bike and treadmill are good, but if you have an elliptical that would be ideal. The elliptical will burn more calories than the other two because it works your entire body. The toning exercises are good too. You can alternate days you do your cardio (bike/treadmill) and days you do your toning. I am not sure how much weight you want to lose, but dont kill yourself doing it. Ideally, a person should lose two pounds a week. Losing more can cause health issues. Your ideal answer for your question should be from a doctor, who can give you a physical and an exercise plan. Working out until 11:30 p.m. and then getting up at 6 is going to be hard on your body too because you are really not giving it enough time to rest and recuperate. I am not trying to be negative, but I think you are being a little too hard on yourself at such a young age. Its great you want to do this for yourself, but dont kill yourself in the process.
If you're 5' 5", 161 pounds, and 15 years old, then you shouldn't be doing that much excercise without sufficient nutrients anyway. All you really need is about an hour and a half of exercise per day. Concentrate on what you think are your problem areas.
Eat well so those nutrients can turn into muscle, but just be sure you eat healthy and eat/drink enough so that you're not just burning off water. You dehydrate easily that way, and it could cause serious health problems. A quality multi-vitamin wouldn't hurt either.
You just need to find the right balance. Not enough exercise and too much food is bad. And not enough food and too much exercise is also bad. It's all about the balance. Good luck.

im 15 too i kno how you feel cuz im a little chunkier but
your better off eating 3 heathly meals instead of just snacks
and dont eat after 6cand yeah i do ride my bike but only once a day i joined the gym (lucille roberts) and thats whats helping me the most

Try that kinda thing of and on like I day like that one day do whatever you want and one day treadmill that kinda thing. You don't want to die in the process of getting fit :P
