How to tell?

Question:
how can i tell if i have a small or heavy flow?

Answers:
By the amount of blood on your tampon or pad. Usually you have more the first 2 days--then it tapers off~ BUT this is NOT always the case. Some young ladies have one consistent (stays the same) flow. We are all different. That's why some young girls buy the "variety" pack of tampons--which have junior, regular and super--to fit their varying needs. As with pads--you could use Maxi the first day or two if flow is HEAVY (less cramps with pad on day one and two)--then go to a pantyliner that is absorbent enough to keep everything where it should be---Outta sight--less worry.

Ciao!
well it will hurt more and alot of blood comes out.
more blood or less blood
if you have to change your pad/tampon every 2 or 3 hours because it fills up, then you have a heavy flow.
